Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Had a such great stay as our last visit, everything was excellent. Its location was business, a short walk to Park Plaza. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a wonderful area.

The room we had included a safe, television, and a mini bar fridge. The atmosphere created was elegant. The service was amazing with an easy check-in. Furthermore, wifi worked in the rooms. Location: the hotel was right by shops. We ordered lunch at The Counter, located near the venue.

Possibly the best and really great stay as our last visit. Easy to get to, marvellous location very close to the Santa Fe, shopping options including a grocery and the Santa Fe business area. Also, in a business district.

The location in a very nice area was comfortable and there were shopping malls and a small shopping mall nearby. Santa Fe district was worth visiting.

This hotel was an elegant experience from beginning to end, with luxurious amenities that elevated our stay to a whole new level. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that our every need was met. The Spa & wellness centre was just what we needed to relax and unwind, with a full body massage leaving us feeling rejuvenated. Meanwhile, the Rooftop pool and Sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, heated swimming pool, and ample sun loungers to lounge in with beach umbrellas for added comfort. The room was equipped with exclusive advantages including Jacuzzi and in-room breakfast, and the Restaurant provided delectable cuisine with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the Poolside snack bar, which had limited options that were not particularly impressive. However, this is a small matter compared to the overall luxury and comfort offered by this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Hilton. On our honeymoon, my wife fell ill and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They called a doctor who arrived promptly, and even went to the pharmacy to get her medicine. Their care and compassion during a stressful time was incredible. The room was also excellent, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel!

My recent stay at Hilton in Mexico City was fantastic. I was there for a business trip and stayed for a week. The hotel's location near the Convention Center was perfect for me. The spacious and clean rooms had a lovely and practical design. The Club-room was a great choice, with excellent food and a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The hotel being connected to a shopping mall was a bonus, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. The rooftop pool and gym were also top-notch, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with many restaurants within the mall and close to downtown. The cleanliness and hotel facilities are top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the holiday spirit was infectious. The free champagne and treats upon arrival were a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The noise level was high and it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there were several maintenance issues, such as a broken showerhead and a malfunctioning toilet.
